Heike Schader reports on the 2007 discovery of Liebende Frauen, which is obviously identical with Frauenliebe, a fairly known women-oriented periodical published in Berlin during the Weimar Republic. In her attempt to answer the question why the editorial house Bergmann-Verlag produced at least one issue of Frauenliebe under another title, the author discusses several theses.
